Hi there guys, sorry i've not been able to make the last two, mum isn't letting me out much, due to college.

i reckon 7-8 would be the best time - it would people time to get there from work etc. However ill also see whats available when i speak to em tomorrow and ill post up here, but if available ill just book the next 4 wednesdays at 7-8

if anyone lives near clapham common i am going to go to the nets there later in the afternoon and try join in with someone. the nets are free and last time i went some bangladeshi lads were glad to include me

yes a bit of a shame really after the work Alan had done to get things rolling.
I suspect however that this week the list on this thread wasn't clear about today's nets like previous weeks (I also thought Alan had booked 3 weeks of nets not 4)

What if we agree a date for a forum game somewhere central like hyde park/ regent's park which may be more appealing to more people that nets. Start a new thread to publicise it widely and even get a banner ad on the main page of the forum? A date in May/June perhaps when no major ride is on.

Bummer, but hope it's just a one off. Hopefully week nights will see things become a little more consistent.
Al are you out of pocket over the nets? Maybe an idea to charge an extra £ a session to build up a surplus to cover things like this and maybe get a few bits of kit?

They havent come back to me yet but I requested two nets for the next 4 wednesdays at 7-8 including this coming one. When I checked today they said that noone else has booked then so we should be ok. Are people up for that or should we start it next wednesday (which annoyingly i wont be able to get to)?

I'm good for either so will go what ever is decided.

no worries, beer fines for everyone :)

punkture try and get £2 per player per session, hopefully make it work out without losses.
