undo the clamp
ride bike around doing bunny hops off kerbs etc, and short sprints
this agitation may get the seatpost moving (worked for me)

Did one freezing it with a couple of ahem "borrowed" C02 fire extinguishers and a monkey wrench

Have you tried giving it a crack on top of the seat post with a hammer? It's often better than just trying to lever it around as it breaks whatever seal is there

Hmm the more I think about it for £25 and a short drive Ciclos Uno is looking like the better option.

Hot caustic soda solution, a hose (to call the frame and wash away the spewing volcano of hot metal solution), goggles, a face mask, a concrete patio and gloves. Couple of hours of that and it's game over for the seatpost. And your paint, unless you're super careful.
