I've just spend £50 on a chucker, and that was the cheapest with breaking surface, so I'm looking forward to the sputniks!

Yeah, sorry Rik, the guys who were initially very "into it" are now proving difficult and it's not filling us with confidence... this is possibly going to be cancelled (to be confirmed this week).

Sorry everyone, we're not going through with the order anymore, it's proving to be difficult and we're not really full of confidence about it now, no money lost, but sorry to mess you all around.

It's possible that Eggpie may have an alternate source/stock of 48h sputnik rims and I'll keep my ear to the ground for future suppliers/options/etc.

Yep. Its not really my source, but a bit of spring tidying @ 14 Bike Co has turned up a stash of 48h Sputninks. (Black, Non-machined only). Theyre normally £30, but John says he'll cut that to £25 for LPC/polo players if you remind him..

Not sure if you have explored my wheel thread..It seems like you have a requirement here we could get involved with...I supply a stack of wheels to trackies and couriers etc no complaints. I also come from a cycle speedway background so understand the need for real strong wheels.

Just let me know bottom line on specs and ill see what i can do..
