I've had expensive glasses frames before, but this year I decided to go for el cheapo frames. This way I could afford to get two sets of glasses with the super thin lenses.
My two pairs are:
I just noticed that specsavers rather creepily name their glasses so mine are called 'Toby' and 'Kester' respectivly.
But it does allow me to tell you that Toby is currently sitting on my face... -

I've done the same this time.
Cheap as chips frames and as all bells and whistles lenses.Still paid maybe £80 for the frames and Pentax lenses with all the coatings.

Favourite, but the shoes kept falling off, and was getting fed up of replacing them
Current. Altho already scratched the lens after 3-4months of having them. -

I have these Oliver Peoples glasses but i now realize that they are too hipster so i dont wear them.
Coming from the self proclaimed 'king of hipsters' I didn't think that would be a problem ;)
Seriously though, do you like them? Do they suit you? Then wear them!
I am fully aware that a lot of people may consider my choice of eyewear hipstery, but I didn't get them because I thought they were fasionable, I got them because I thought they were classic and a pair I could wear for a long time. Hipsters will move on, don't let them put you off stuff if you actually like it.

This is chef Fergus Henderson, pulling off round glasses with aplomb, which for my money are the most difficult
Definitely. Part of me wanted to get Le Corbusier style black chunky round ones, until I tried them on and saw how silly I looked.

I reckon you could pull of that ironic librarian look..!

bought a pair of these about 7 years ago, probably some of the lightest frames, and no screws, just a neat little hinge system
Those are cool specs - they won a design award in Germany when they came out around 2005. There was a competition to design a 'hinge free' frame and the only other design to come close was way more complex. The other advantage of the model above is that if struck, the hinge pops apart before the ti is perma-bent, so they're ideal for sports (I've always ended up bending my glasses, even ti frames), as you can just pick the arms up again and slot it all together.

I have these Oliver Peoples glasses but i now realize that they are too hipster so i dont wear them.
What is the opinion of cycling glasses? my eyes always water when i cycle fast and i also get every single piece of dust and crap flying in my eyes.
I want to get some. That's funny... I bought my OP frames in the US thinking OP was some shitty brand, this turned out not to be the case of course... They were literally the only frames I found that I could live with after over two years of searching... Buying frames is a fucking PITA... Below: My frames modelled by a ghmoiarbh...
