  • OK, there's a thread about leather shoes, but nothing about the eyewear.

Show us what you've got. Tell us what you like.
Anything really - fashion brands, vintage sunglasses, cycling specific, knitting specific...

In the meantime, I've found this blog for some inspiration.

  • bought a pair of these about 7 years ago, probably some of the lightest frames, and no screws, just a neat little hinge system

  • Pics? I'm always on a lookout for something new.
I've got nice Polaroid green sunglasses I wear with contact lenses.

  • I used to wear a pair of Alain Mikli's, similar to this, despite them being women's

I'm an out and proud glasses wearer

    I didn't search the Bikes&Bits forum. I presumed it's not really a bike part.

  • I just did a general search, not forum specific.

  • wearing raybans now - ha. ><
i like cutler and gross specs. will find exact pair. but do come across as a bit of a hipster.

  • Kris is right, there is no thread about these kind of glasses. I wear Cutler and Gross, these ones:

I didn't search for sunglasses anyway.

I'm interested in frames. Fancy ones, vintage, strange.

  • Very nice^^.

  • harold lloydster

  • My inspiration

  • Personally, I always go for cheap frames - as long as they're well made and suit me.
I don't like to pay premium for D&G and such, but I would if they suited me.

Most of the time I go to Poland to my friend's and do my glasses on cheap. My wife on the other hand, doesn't like glasses, but has to wear them from now one, made me buy her some over the top Bulgaris.
Only to decide, that she needs a new pair.

  • snazzy

  • I've worn glasses since I was 12 or so, the second I could get contact lenses I did.

If anyone could tell me where to find a pair of these again I will be very grateful (lost mine in strip bar):

I look like a creep without glasses.

  • and with :)

  • Love these

    Tom Ford, plenty wedge

  • I was wearing those Diesel ones for a year only to find out, the lenses and mixed up.

  • Very nice^^.

    Thanks.

This is the pair i like.

    Good taste ;)

    My inspiration (not really)

I also got contacts as soon as I could, I used to hate wearing glasses. I think the real problem was that I couldn't find any that suited me. I don't like buying designer stuff as such, but I really liked these and they suited me so I coughed up the cash.

  • How big are they? Harold LLoyd style or smaller?

  • oh nice. ^^

i stopped wearing contact lens because i kept getting eye infections becuase i am crap.
