I got a panama a couple of years ago, i just don't spend enough time in linen shirts and shorts to wear it very often.

Can any one recommend a Black chore / work jacket that won't break the bank?? Or best to go 2nd hand.

I've got a black Le Laboureur that I need to sell if you happen to need a small size? I really like it but just don't wear it enough to justify keeping it. Would recommend.

I was buying a summer shirt and coordinating plastic shoes and noticed the chore coat. As I already have a Filson one I don’t need another but it looked simple and good value.
Usually I am fairly sedate in my clothing choices but thought fuck it and went colourful for hopefully post lockdown bbq and pizza parties.

I already have the green shoes, perfect alternative to crocs for gardening etc, so ordered the pink as they have swirly bits.

I haven't treated myself to much clothing in the last year cause ya know.. I don't go outside. Anyway. My wife got me an EG shirt I had seen that I liked. A bit garish online but really lovely in person. Really fun for the summer IMO and just so well made compared to your bog standard Oxford. The cloth is looooooooovely.

I like mine a lot, seems well made and nice and simple. In fact, I think I'll probably just keep it...

Why of course. It's an Engineered Garments Workaday BD Shirt. I am afraid I can't find any UK stockists though. Nepenthes London don't have an SS21 Workaday delivery yet, only standard EG stuff.
Link here to Nepenthes NY anyway: https://nepenthesny.com/collections/workaday/products/bd-shirt-combo-royal-cp-oxford
Kafka have the other colours, though: https://www.kafkamercantile.com/uk/browse/Mens/b-EngineeredGarmentsWKDY-600/

I feel you. My wife ordered a large as well. I'd have ordered a medium, personally as I knew they are oversized, so it's extremely oversized. Tbh I've really learnt to just not care what people think of how I'm dressed. I saw a guy with a full on monk haircut the other day so I'm pretty casual by comparison. He was probably 25 - ha.

Nice take on a classic fun shirt

Echoing this, super nice cap and would love to find somewhere selling it. Some similarities to a Rapha city range cap I had a few years back but much less cycling cap and more usable for daily life

Cheers!
Firmly in the middle-aged-dad fashion bracket, I wear one of these Panama Outback hats:
Had to buy it from the US, as they are the only people that have 63cm hat sizes
