Sharks v Jets

Here is the response I've had about Highgate:
"Shabana has received an interim response from Birmingham City Council, the service provider has been asked to assess the issue and establish a possible strategy for addressing it."

Not really sure what they mean by the 'service provider' but I will find out!

Neil is still dominating the golden mallet table and Kat is off the mark!

Old Moe's are overdue three games (2 against Spotted Dogs and one against High Berries) to get round 2 finished. We can keep playing any games that are available though. and hopefully it will all even up.

Yeah, good standard of 'tournament-style' play. Apologies for my moral bankruptcy with the equalizer against Fin/Viki/Ken. In my defence I didn't try to push it through my own goal, it just kind of went that way, and it wouldn't be normal to issue a turnover for something like that, right?

Neil/Kat/Joe are spanking it, although I thought the final score was unfair on Matt/Chris/Ken.

What was the BO - OM result in the end? I think we scored at least six.

edit - i can't read a table. at least its not my job or anything....

Dan the Rules I decided at the beginning was that if someone gains an advantage by either riding or passing the ball through goal then I'd call a foul. I didn't see it though until you mentioned it after.

Still lots of games left! Looking forward to the heat of the last few games - crunch time.

So looks like cannon hill are resurfacing the tennis courts so I reckon it'd be cool to approach someone about a tournament. 1 court built across (i think) the 3 courts that are next to each other.

Loads of footfall, amenities, close to accommodation..

Sounds good, I'm happy to help try and sort this out if/ when we decide on a tournament.

In other court news I just got this e-mail about Highgate:

'Just to confirm the Parks Manager for this patch (Lee Southall) has arranged for the tarmac surface to be treated with a moss killer twice annually from now on
