I can't figure out how to get the UK Champs video onto the blog. Can someone explain it to/do it for me?

Done. You need to use the embed code.

Like I know what that means...
I'm sure I've just copied and pasted links in the past, or used the 'uploader'. Wordpress annoys the hell out of me.

When you create a post your adding content to the page, that content can be text or images or videos WHAT EVS. there are basically two ways to edit; the literal way of adding stuff or the code way of typing in coded instruction to alter the page. The same way you use [QUOTE] on here, the word quote doesn't appear, but your changing the make-up of the post. Sometimes copying links works because the link carries all the embed information within , but this rare. Vimeo never does it.

Much better optimistic play from Risky Business today I thought. Admittedly you lost, but the games could've gone either way whereas the ultra defensive games are so controllable that the result will always go the same way. Also, playing out more allows you to learn how to win, rather than how to lose less badly.
Also, Matt was showing some serious ball-winning spirit. He (fairly) checked me once and came in fast enough to make be back out another time, and I probably weigh a good few stones more than him. It may be odd, but maybe you're the hassling/bruising player on your team. The one who gets stuck in a makes a nuisance of yourself. It may seem to go against your strengths, bu my role on Scouting for Goals was very different to my current one. You have to adapt to suit your teammates...

Agreed. UK champs was a just a blip.
Second game was perfect. Matt was playing fast an closing the breaks. Neil was solid in midfield/defence, picking out our mistakes. Mya was good in goal and had some great breaks.
This current line-up will work well for you. But also keep experimenting with different formations at different parts of the game. e.g. If you go 1-0 down hold the D (but not double goalie) and wait for the other team to over-commit allowing you to break.
Good Courage.

I think there's still a bit left, but only the single-ply stuff that breaks quite easily.
I've asked Tom Gnargore to price up properly cut 2mm correx from his place...
