Most of all I like the leather. Cordovan has such a great lustre. Plus I always like the flat, waxed laces on Aldens (if that's what are). Plus I like the photo - some guy (or girl) is happy with their new boots.

Half the point of shoe trees is that the wood absorbs the
moisturesweat from the inside of the leather. Though I'm not sure it's that big a deal. I was lolling at B'n'D's OTT response. -
