Sponsored riders frequently flog the gear they get given, what's the problem?

I'm thinking about a crew of sensible older riders with racks and child seats. No skidding, just good ol' brakz. Grumpy people with bad backs and fucked knees. Anyone?

Ok I just want to put a few things straight.

I've been lucky enough to be given quite a bit of free stuff and yes I have sold some of it on. I don't see what's wrong with selling it as I didn't ask for it and there are only so many bags,parts and frames I can use.

As far as the 5th floor goes I am part of it and its basically me and my mates having fun going on long rides,trips abroad on our bikes and stuff like that.Some people think its lame but it's just guys riding bikes and blogging about it.
Hate it or love it where not hurting anyone where just doing something we enjoy.We are not a gang or a crew just a group of friends.
