How much will the approximate travel & accomodation cost be?

I think the cheapest way to come to rouen is to take the ferry "Dieppe-Newheaven" and then you've got a train from dieppe directly to Rouen.Ferry is like 44€ with return so pretty much 38£ and the train from dieppe to rouen costs 10€ (8£) each way. And you can have your bike built up in the train, you don't need a travel bag.
