324kms done, back to work tomorrow with just a 30mile commute, but should have it rapped up by some point on Saturday morning.

Added some cyclocross to the mix. 100km needed for the 500 now.

Am on 300k with only two days available to ride. Should be doable if i can be arsed.

Feeling a bit mashed today having done 90k on the 23rd too. But i'm actually getting some quality miles in, not just loads of junky pointlessness, so all good.

i was thinking of doing this, then i remembered that i like to enjoy my cycling, so pulled in to a nice cafe and had a fry-up instead

Zero so far. Feasible to do it if I do the 45 mile ride to and from work for the next three days, with a short one on Sunday.

Passed through there same time this morning... very lovely. Got frost in my beard though - entertaining if not very aero...

So far, 86km in 4 days, all offroad on SSMTB with a 53" gear. Plenty of elevation though.

150km done (still), I think I might fail this year.

I always think its worth the temperature drop just to see the deer, ducks etc. I like the fact that I work in town but get a little bit of nature every morning and evening.

Can confirm Regents Park is also bastard cold compared to surrounding streets.

Roads were icy AF this morning, almost bailed thinking I might come off .. just took it slowly for first hour. Finished in 3 rides. Did not ride in Kent which is a win in my book.
