408km out of 500km, not bad really when it's mainly my commute.

Managed 638km. Some great rides (Cambridge, Brighton) and a few crappy ones. I crashed on ice and this took the fun out of one ride in Herts. Also downloaded a CX route from Strava by mistake and tried to tackle it anyway which resulted in me having to carry my bike over a few sections and a puncture. All good fun though.

I was reading 'his' as our Lord Jesus Christ and thus stressing incorrect words for about a minute and didn't even understand it.

...someone didn't get the Raleigh Burner they asked Santa for. Brilliantly confused internal passive-aggression.

The Salzberg 500 is entertaining pantomime and story telling (will they/won't they?!) and I enjoyed the Sera Pickering vid, both in terms of a personal challenge, and the effort and thought gone into the film.

Entering...eeesh. I remember my hands being far to cold to bother to get the phone out even for Instagram famez. Shame. On the way out to Windsor, a frozen Richmond Park was a thing of beauty.

chapeau to those who did document and share the scenery and their experiences. I know what you mean, getting food into my mouth was tricky enough on some of the days.

I think I took one, not particularly inspiring, picture this year.

I've documented previous efforts but laziness got the better of me this year.

Worthy winner

Started late but managed 292kms in 3 days.
Came back to our local after riding 150kms and spent 7 hours partying with Irish Mafia.

Consequently couldn't leave the house for a few days..

This year might organise a 500 club.

Managed my 500 largely thanks to the chunk I put in with you guys =D
