Just out of curiosity does anyone know if or when the 3T Integra *Team** Stem will be out and how much the cost is likely to be
http://www.3tcycling.com/stems/integra*(ie the alu)

• #130
It may not be alu. The Team bars are carbon, as are the seat posts.

hope this isn't considered digging, but some rpetty sweet stems right there, i have the same problem, though slightly differing from the threadstarter.
1 1/8
100 or 110mm
best if it's a 10 degree drop
Non OSlove the alter but can't see how it could work, half the mind to bore out the steerer area.
thomson ones are decent but bland, but effective, last resort type.
anything along those lines to recommend?

Apart from the nitto, which is a bit fugly and Unavailable in the uk without spending lots of earth pounds to procure from America, who else does a pretty, lugged, traditional quill stem?
I really don't want to go down the 'Ahead is better' argument road though.....

There seems to be an influx of Salsa stems on the forum recently, and there are threads for numerous other niche aspects of bike design so why not one for TIG welded stems?
Quill or A-head. Ti or steel. Just post pictures of pretty stems, the longer the better. Readers wives allowed.

Running a Kelly stem on my Specialized. Really like the slender look of it, and at -17deg it goes really well with the horizontal top tube.

^This works so well.
I'm a convert, I doubt the NJSBeater will ever get an aluminium quill again. I've got a number of 3TTT Pro Chrome stems and the 3TTT Chromix pictured above. They're lighter than their aluminium counterparts and personally I think they look better so it's a win win situation.

Do you happen to have a Pro Chrome 110mm you wanna sell or swap for mint condition 100mm?
Salsa stem is the new Spok/Woundups/Breaklez.
I had a 3T MEGA Chromix for a while, was very rigid, I'll see if I have a pic.

This thread could potentially be TIG appreciation : )
-
• #144
^^ No, sorry they're all 100mm ones.
-
• #145
Really? Merged with a load of ugly stems.
So yellow bikes can get their own thread but this can't?
-
• #146
these appreciation threads were getting a bit niche !! ;-)
-
• #148
Yeah, because we need another fucking thread full of 'beautiful/ugly' (change as required) pictures of bikes or parts.
