If you try and ride through the rotherhithe tunnel without breathing in that might speed you up a bit and save your lungs!

Just recovered from the Dynamo. Lovely to meet more girls and see Ladies are really strong in polo! Heading to beginners on Tues to get some more praccy in, hopefully see you all soon. x

heading north tues this week. anyone in for en masse ladies go north thursday? i really wanna get some practise in on downs and i think throw ins will be there this week so thats prob where ill be. come with folks!

Yeah I'd like to play Downs. Can't do Tuesday though, can do Thursday. New injuries should have healed by then.
