Re Hotels: Sneak it in. You've just got to get to the counter before they look up, then edge to the lift without your bike breaking cover.
I lock bike outside, check in, then casually take bike to room five minutes later.

every hotel (travel lodge) i have ever stayed in in london (plenty times) i've just walked it up to the counter and check in. never had a problem with the bike, only the fact that i have booked a single room and "i'm sorry sir we dont do single rooms and we dont have anything available".. it always gets sorted eventually when i get the manager, show them my booking and suggest they make me a bed up at their own house.. bike gets forgotten in all this. dandy.

Are we required as racers to only use a fixed gear bike, or can we use any other kind of bike. I was thinking of bringing my tri-cycle just to add to the irony of it being a MINI VELODROME.
-
• #63
I think it says somewhere that it has to be a fixed gear bike, might just be able to get away with a unicycle
-
• #64
if you read the link, it says you need a track bike. However, judging from the video you might be able to use risers.
-
• #65
I think the only requirements are a fixed drive train and a sensible gear ratio, not a proper velodrome so I doubt itll matter if youre running risers
-
• #66
it said no conversions too
-
• #67
Seems a bit elitist, theyll let you ride conversions at hh
-
• #68

I wonder how the selection process works. Length of beard? Tightness of jeans?

Will there be medals handed out to the winners gold, silver, bronze? Will there be a winners podium also?
Im sorry but Rockstar juiced is the way forward.
