Ordered some stuff from them couple of weeks ago, all showing in stock, paid for priority dispatch as I needed the stuff for the weekend.
Emailed after order to check if stuff was in stock, no response. Phoned them a couple of days later to ask if there were any problems and the stuff hadn't even been posted, no reason why, no notification from them. -

Got some bargainous DT spokes from Fatbirds last Autumn, quite prompt.
On the other hand, their name just earned them a place on Fail Lane courtesy of Dave Gorman's Pun Street Planning Committee.

Has anyone had any experience of ordering through fatbirds.co.uk? Just wondering as they're arsing me around a little bit..
I'm currently wondering the same thing.
They're being very slow to deliver and both emails have so far gone unanswered....

Update: got an email this morning (I think that three days is a little long to wait for a reply) and they were investigating what had happened to my order (Sram brake levers.)
Apparently they were marked as both dispatched and not dispatched and, as they haven't any record of sending them and I haven't received them, I was offered a refund or I could wait until they come back into stock mid March.
I chose the refund and it was sorted straight away.

Sounds similar to my experiences of them (non-existent stock control, shambolic organisation, very slow shipping and terrible communication) except in my case it took them 4 weeks to give me a refund, after I'd returned the goods to them at my own cost, when they still haven't refunded. They're now on the 'Never use under any circumstances' list along with Tredz.
Yeah, similar experience here- used them three or four times, delivery always takes ages even if you pay for priority postage.
To the point where I've phoned them up and asked where stuff is, having expected it days ago, to be told that they've not even posted it yet as they've not got round to it yet.
