whats weird is if i try to call 911 from my GOVERNMENT (council) phone, 9 is an OUTSIDE line so dialling 11 goes no where. Weird? Coincidence? I don't think so. There's no answer because none of the PHONES in the WTC exist anymore.

They are markers for the road painting of "cycles" I believe. Saw loads when Waterloo was being resurface and wondered. Then the OXO's turned into painted bikes..
