2010-11-21 - Ride North

Short late Autumn ride(25km) from Hyde Park Corner up over Highgate back down to LMNH.

Social pace, away from busy roads/roads, going to some interesting places.

There is only one hill of note(not that one) on the whole ride and it isn't very long.

Totally new ride, not run before.

Starting 11AM at Hyde Park Corner, finishing at LMNH 49 Old Street on Sunday the 21st of November.

Stop at the (Highgate) Flask?

Seems a good 'un.

Rode the route today and it is approximately 26kms long with approx. 13kms of that off-roads in a combination of parks and gravel paths.
The route was pretty easy and there was only one serious climb behind Highate, nowhere near as challenging as HHW or Swains, HH.
There will be a lot of interesting sites and places you may not have seen before en-route.
This will not be a terribly fast-paced ride.
