  • Whatever the latest doping fad is. It aint good for inner ear balance it seems.

This. Must be some kind of record for crashes.

    nice.

Roy has been generating 100-150 Watts more than any other SRM 'tagged' rider since he escaped with Voeckler

  • Cav!

  • Well that was fun!

  • well done cav :)

  • hard hard day, thomas voeckler, and jeremy roy, deserve medals for that break, worked so hard, for so little...

cav nips is on the line..

  • go Cav!!

  • Shit be intense, yo!

  • Where the eff did Cav come from - stormer!

  • Cav looked well happy with that one.

  • Cav's a beast

  • A fucking monster

  • Looking forward to the highlights tonight :)

  • The overhead shot was amazing.
Cav is just so much faster a sprinter than the others.

    Wow!

  • yeah definitely need to catch the highlights tonight, only got back in from my ride with 20k to go. Looks like I missed quite a bit

  • Fucking hell Cav.

  • I don't understand. Cav is claiming the organizers are purposefully handicapping him (and his team) because they are too good/have done too well (I guess by making tighter and slower finishes?). However, wouldn't this impact everyone else as well? If he's the best sprinter in the world (and he sure seems to be) he will win regardless?

  • It was an odd interview. What are the chances there'll be a "clarification" later in the day?

  • It was an odd interview. What are the chances there'll be a "clarification" later in the day?

It was. In the first interview (right after the race) he seemed genuine and quite happy. Impressed with everyone else, as well as please with himself. Almost likeable. Then he reverts back into cocky Cav once he's caught his breath.

  • However, wouldn't this impact everyone else as well? If he's the best sprinter in the world (and he sure seems to be) he will win regardless?

That's kinda what he said though.

  • Yes, he did pretty much say he/they are good enough to win regardless of what is done to make it harder for them, but how have they made a handicap for him but not others?

Serious question. There may be a perfectly reasonable answer, I just didn't understand what he was on about.

  • I can understand if it is something to do with the finishes being narrower and slower, making his lead-out trains less effective. Is this the case?

  • Maybe he is complaining about the uphill finishes. Victim complex.
