Just finished David Millar's book in time to watch the time trial. Good stuff. Was great to see Garmin nail it like that: from what I can make of their ethos, it could be easy to get behind them: but do you 'support' teams in the Tour? I only ever really watched to see what the top GC guys and Cav were up to.

i thought you were supposed to support the riders from your home nation whether you like them or not?

So Thor started in the world champ stripes, TTT'd in the polka dots, and races today in the yellow. If there is the slightest chance he could nick green today, he has to go for it surely.
(just some DNA time reversal needed to get white)

Slackers TdF viewing anyone? It being Monday and all that, I suggest the Coach & Horses from 2pm... Seems today's stage won't be the most exciting but it'll be nice to lounge around in the sun watching other people ride bikes in France through the pub's french doors...
Of course I'm right...

slacker - check
pub - check
cycle racing - (yawn) check. -

Coach & Horses in Clapham, on Acre Lane, also the forum drinks south venue on a monday. Think Jo's going to make an afternoon of it. I wonder if Steve will do the two for one burgers at lunchtime....

You're missing the square root of fuck all so far today, Dan.
If you finish off the pace behind your team's first five, is your time that of the first five or your actual finish time?
