As for the sub issue, I don't think it's going to make a massive difference for the entire league nor set a precident. We scored 5 - 0, 5 - 0, 5 - 1, not exactly a 'league changing result'. As newbies we were pretty unaware of how it works and los conos didn't object at the time. In our next match, we'll stick to the three players we bring for the game only.

For total clarification, is it the case that whilst you MUST have two permanent players, you can sub between matches rather than games on the third player?

No, as I understand it, two of your original lineup must play every fixture, it doesn't have to be the same two though.

A league team must have three designated players. Two of these must be present at every game.

Rusty Rims V’s JAH
Location: Newington 21.11.10

Game 1: 2-1

Scorers: RR: Joni, Joni
JAH: Aidan

Both teams we’re a bit nervous in the first game. Rusty Rims showed some good passing and a few good shots on goal. Most keep getting deflected off wheel discs but Joni managed to sneak one in after a few minutes. Both teams a bit quiet to start with and really needed to start talking to each other. Rusty Rims on the attack with all 3 players out, Joni nearly loses the ball but manages to keep hold of it and scores to make 2. Out of nowhere JAH are on the attack putting pressure on the Rims and Aidan pops one in to make it 2-1.

Game 2: 3-1

Scorers: RR: Marg (3.15), Joni (4.46), Dean (5.24)
JAH: Josh (4.05)

Both teams a bit more relaxed by now and everyone is more vocal on the court. Josh was making some really fast runs up the court putting pressure on the rims. The second game was a lot faster with better passing. A few confused faces after the first goal came from Margs, she struck the ball and then footed down but still a goal, non-the less which puts the Rims 1-0 up. The next 3 goals all came really quick making the game exciting to watch. First a brilliant equalizer form Josh, then Joni and Dean within 30 seconds of each other making it 3-1.

Game 3: 5-2

Scorers: RR: Dean (30 secs), Dean (3.07), Joni (5.44), Margs (6.23), Joni (7.05)
JAH: Aidan (3.49), Dean (own goal 5.03),

JAH really put the pressure on the rims in the second game. The rims really want this last game, they we’re ready and red faced. Josh wins the charge but loses it; Dean steals it and puts the Rims up 1-0 with a great long shot. Pretty equal play at the beginning, the ball forwards and backwards up the court. Dean puts another corker in to the goal to make it 2-0. JAH fight back and Aidan brings them closer after just another 30 seconds to make it 2-1. Some scrappy play in RR goal meaning Dean scores an own goal equalizing for JAH. Dean has a lot more shots on goal but can’t quite get them past Haz and Aidan in goal. Margs pops one in behind Haz’s back wheel to make it 4-2, and then Joni with the final goal to finish the game.
