    super sunday!.

Top of the table clash! Collision of titans!

  • I wonder if we should play Newt so Super Sunday can all happen at the same court?

  • I wonder if we should play Newt so Super Sunday can all happen at the same court?

    I think we should.

  • How is the surface at Newt right now? Mitch still has a few mad slippery spots that don't seem to be going away.

  • Newington seems to fair better than Mitch. Last Sunday it started getting icey from 6pm onwards as the frost settled, but otherwise it seems to be grippier than Mitch. In the day (when it's dry without a bad frost overnight) the surface is perfect.

  • Was fine last night.

  • Mitch as agreed thanks.

  • go to newt, want to see this!

  • Mitch as agreed thanks.

Oh yeah, forgot. Hills can't ride across a bridge without stopping for a breather half-way across.

  • I've added games played to the current standings on the league page (www.londonbikepololeague.com) and fixed the sidebar (it was too wide), which was annoying the hell out of me.

  • @pique - Newt is probably a better court. Why not play there?

  • Because getting in touch with JB and Dave Hills to get them to know about the swap is a head ache I bet he doesn't want to deal with.

  • Thanks, Mark.

Brendan and friends at the top of the division!

  • we are? sweet.

  • Game in hand over here chaps.

  • ^ is this English?

  • i agree with the hoser.

  • hey lockett, can we say 730pm (rather than 7) newington please.

  • lockett take the forfeit

  • hey lockett, can we say 730pm (rather than 7) newington please.

We can, however I'm still trying to find a sub.

  • ^ is this English?

    yes

  • The term Game in Hand is used in sport to indicate when a team has played fewer matches than other teams around them. This term is used to indicate that, whilst a team is in a particular position in a league, because they have played fewer matches than other teams around them they could potentially improve their position depending on the results in the differing games.

  • Ah. Cheers.
