I find it tre hard to like Mark Cavendish. I take nothing away from him, outstanding ability, albeit delivered to the line more often than not by Renshaw, he has to finish it.
His inflection in the post interview race gets right up my hooter. It that thing where everything goes up at the end? Like a question? Rips my knitting out, that does. Colours to the mast. I don't like the chap.

I've actually touched that bike.
It's got a friction shifter on the downtube on the left, apparently to save weight, but I know that it's easier to dress a short cable from the tube rather than the handlebar, so perhaps that's the real reason.
In real life it looks like a child's bike, a 50cm, something like that.
The grime on the bar tape is strangely mesmerising... -
