Just wanted to add a quick note of praise to Paul @ Torm.
I tore a jersey a while ago, and last week emailed Torm to ask about a repair. Paul offered to send me a patch of fabric (which arrived today) FOC so that I could have the jersey repaired locally.
What a gent :)

My two jerseys are still going strong, after a year'ish of 20 miles a day 4 days a week in all weathers!

Loving my long sleeve one at the mo. Icebreaker baselayer and a pretext shell and I'm snug.
Really are nice but not pricey.
I wish they were less Raphaesque with pocket design and what not.
But you can't have it all. -

Agreed. A little boldness and these excellent jerseys could become a bit more individual.

Thanks tyeness, I was just pleased I could help.
I do follow the forum closely but keep a very low profile, I try to act on all the comments I read but the company really is just me and Al. The upside of being 2 cyclists running it is that is we can react quickly to people's feature requests and comments, the downside is as we also run an LBS we are stretched quite thin, the website isnt as cool as it could be and we don't get out on our bikes as much as we would like!

Just ordered a T2! looking forward to receiving it!
-
• #508
The t2 is great, looks better than any other jerseys and the material doesnt get smelly so if weather stays dry i normally wear it for a few morning rides before washing. Great product, fit and price !
-
• #509
The t2 is great, looks almost identical to the Rapha jerseys and has near identical properties.
ok
-
• #510
but almost half the price!

• #511
the t2 is nice, and not pricey
tl:dr

Interested in a T5, wish it didn't have the arm bands though, forget trying to ape Rapha, should be more confident in their own style

+1, I would buy this not to look like rapha rather than the opposite

Will you be getting more T6 (red, large) in?
-

iphone 3gs doesnt fit.
Has this been resolved yet?
If so, from which model and onwards are the pockets iPhone-sized?
-
• #516
Yes. It's resolved. Put it in in landscape, not portrait. All iphones fit, no phablets fit.

Got a T4 (on offer at £36) and some arm warmers this week. Put them to the test on a tiny ride to Richmond and they feel great. Obviously had to ditch the warmers after about 10 minutes but lovely gear.

Just bought this...
Can't wait to see what it's like! -
• #519
do the T3s still have the white panel on the back?
Torm need some better colours imho.Burnt orange or a pale blue.
Does anyone have any real world pics of the blue or green they do? I think (hope) that the colours on their website are way off.I already have 2 in black with various bits of white but bored with the sub-Rapha look.
-
• #520
yeah new colours!
also, lose the white armband on more stuff. for (ahem) cultural reasons (my mother's superstition) I don't wear white armbands. black armbands not so good either. that cuts out most of rapha's designs... -
• #521
oh god you're right, my mum would be aghast...
-
• #522
I stopped caring what my parents thought about the clothes I was wearing when I was about twelve.
-
• #523
That said, even my mum thought the white rear panel on the Torm jersey was a design mistake.
-
• #524
do you wear green hats?
[cultural innit...] -

I was thinking of dyeing the white arm bands on my LS top. My quite bikey friend said the other day 'oooh Rapha?'
Pink? Pale green or blue? dunno.
Would the Sportwool take dye being that its ?% acrylic?Or should I just scribble all over in magic marker like an angry teenager?
My T8 has arrived. Tried it on its and its a nice fit. Two zipped waterproof pockets on the back and some reflective stuff. What I like about it over my Rapha long sleeve is that the sleeves on the Torm are longer, the Rapha ones reveal a good two inches of forearm when on the hoods, I don't think this one will.
I'll wear it tomorrow on the bike. I'm well pleased with the 'out the box' quality, detail and price.
