I don't think it was aimed at women in the end really. I took most of the posts to be general tips.
Some are obvious (although I've lost too many important components to the cracks in my floor), some have been helpful but none have been female specific.
I'm sure (hope) people were just chatting about useful tips rather than patronising women.

although, I still can't fathom how any mechanical tips could be aimed at women? Body positioning? what, how to keep your boobs out of the way? I need that kind of info too!
It's just my opinion, obviously - and if people find it useful then great. Just seems like all these 'tips' are a bit obvious if one were to use a dab of common sense behind the ears. And because it seems obvious, but it's aimed at women, I find it patronising and just plain pointless, but also irritating, which is why I felt obliged to express my opinion.
But it's nothing to do with me, that's just my own contrary thoughts.
