I've been doing tons of research, Just checking out other peoples opinions too. I went to the heart assoc shop in Brixton yesterday and all they had were tons of VHS players :(.

I end up buying my Marantz in Richard Sound, they have discontinued models and models from a couple of years ago.
check what they have now in the shop, and then go to an WHSmith and check in the "What's HiFi" magazine how are the riview for that models. -

it would be unusual if the highest power a pair of speakers could take was 40W
? didnt say that ..........would be his minimum requirement not his max .
