Quirky pubs ride - suggestions needed

i'm in for the 19th March. I really want to go to the Salisbury it sounds lovely, but too close (even north of) the Oakdale for the ride. I'll have to do it some other time. I think we'll manage with a list of pubs/addresses and different people leading? I'm up for a meander, not a race.

this Saturday is a maybe but a probably not.

Boo! Can't make either. Friday night plans will probably wipe out any ability to ride on Saturday and the actual ride I'm going to be on hols in Egypt...so I might be able to make it after all!

read up the thread dude! There's most of the route there too I think (hope). In any case I remember the route. Still need to confirm the last one or two central places, and maybe edit the south london bit. Come on saturday if you want, I guess after that we can confirm everything.

It's not really a pub anymore. My friend Heilco bought it and turned the place into a Tiki bar some years ago. But it's very definitely quirky.

I should be up for the recce on saturday.

^ every time I try and go there it's closed! I really like the idea of it though...
