Never saw it but apparently it ended quite badly for Sapphire and Steel - They got caught in some kind of time-trap of death or something.
I do remember the one with the whistling WW1 soldier at the station and the other one where the guy who was trapped in his flat by an invisible force-field got chased by the floating pillow.
I miss PCP TV.

Think I'll have to download Sapphire and Steel, seem to recall it was pretty good.
On a related note, the repeats of Colditz on the Yesterday channel, are pretty good. A better series than I remember.

Huh, I don't remember this. But I do remember my Grandad having a 'Colditz' board game.
Kind of related, YT have 'Men Behind the Sun' complete and in 10 parts. Down side is it's dubbed in Spanish... Which in itself is reason enough to take a look.

One of the grimmest films ever.

Anyway, that got me thinking about this... Men Behind the Sun, not The Dilly Sisters.
Escape From Sobibor

Not exactly cheery but a great TV movie. Alan Arkin is basically God.

That Magic film is one of many reasons that ventriloquist dummies give me the creeps. Have we not mentioned Asylum previously ? Either way, probably the high point of Amicus films, and most parts of it are genuinely worrying.
Always found this disturbing as a kid, though it might just have been the presence of Ray Milland.

Another Amicus cracker, From Beyond the Grave, check out the cast and well worth downloading if you can.

Watched this at the weekend too, cracking bit of low budget horror.

People talk about Dylan's first 'electric' performance in '66 as being one of the all time most important events in music. Fuck that shit.

Awesome. Fopp have the two Herzog box sets for about 12 quid each at the moment.
They don't have 'Edge of Hell' starring John Mykal Thor though....
