Are you still looking? I might have a top cap and spacers for one piece cockpit

Will CP30 bars work with frames in which cables are routed externally, through the headtubes?
Or is it fully integrated through the bars and through the steerer? -

My 2018 Ultimate’s rear mech has given up.
It’s a Sram Red Wifli, they are ~£500 to replace. Is it worth putting this back in to a bike of this age!? It’s covered about 40,000km.

Compared with a new one, it's hardly changed and this has all the right disc road standards, it's still current.

Does anyone know how Canyon would deal with a broken shifter? Replacement part? Replacement of the whole shifter? Return the whole bike? I am just being impatient asking here as they're closed over the weekend....

Has anyone unstuck a stuck Canyon expander bung?
I want to move it down a touch so I can chop the steerer but it won't move. Seems like other people have had this problem but I'm not really sure the solution. -

What have you done so far?

Does anyone have/or had an Exceed and care to give me a review? I've been eyeing one up recently (annoyingly the CF 7 was £500 cheaper at one point in December).

Tried to unscrew it normally and then a light tap with something blunt. Not loads of force though, for obvious reason being carbon.

Sorry missed this assume sorted now?

I haven't had time to have a go at it yet! Someone advised drilling a hole in a pedal wrench and then putting the expander screw through that to lever it out. But I worry that will strip the threads of the expander while it's still stuck and essentially kill the fork.

If you’ve full undone it, can you just use the Allen key to leverage against the side to pull up, clean then gently push back down to desired height?

If anyone has a Canyon Cockpit in 100x37 please let me know!

Great bike but perhaps a bit steep in the HT depending on use.

Forgot to respond to this at the time, it’s fully stuck in the steerer so when undone it still cannot be moved.

I got this in July 2020. I’m wondering if I’m ever going to use it seriously again. It’s done 6500kms. Any idea on what it’s worth?

Quick look at ebay sold items and get £1200-1800 depending on condition, but this is lovely shade of red, they might not have been quite the same spec and this might get more.
...would probably keep it though! Seldom ride my CF7.0 but when I do, it is great.

I sold a similiar one (albiet Ultegra 6870) for 1100 recently. Given the condition/spec you it could go for up to 2k.
But as said above it's a great bike and you are unlikely to get anything similar for that sort of money - I'd keep it.

Also important part here is why wouldn’t you use it?

Swapping out the standard ahead setup on my Ultimate for an H11 cockpit and need to know if canyon make a top cap suitable for an m6 bolt so I can continue to use my Shimano/Pro expander, which seems a lot more robust than the expander that comes with the Canyon fitting kit! Does anyone know? I guess I could use a thread reducer, which I think comes with the Canyon aerocockpit fitting kit anyway!
I have the transition plate and top cap (inc. Bolt) already
Seen some aftermarket jobbies on ebay/Aliexpress but thought I'd consult the hive mind first!
Edit, including a pic of my other Ultimate for the hell of it!

As an update, I kept the proper expander and took a countersink bit to the spare canyon top cap I had and ensured the m6 screw fits!

Sorry to post here again,
I'm looking for some Canyon parts to build up an Ultimate CF SL Disc, which some of you may have:
1-1/4" stems
Canyon Flat Headset Cap
One piece cockpit
S14 VCLS Post (Inline)
Thanks
