Happened to me the other day. The best bit of the slow motion fall is the tipping point where you know you're going down but it hasn't happened yet. Even in your mind you think "ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucccccccccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkk" in slow motion.

Yet still your feet don't attempt to escape!

Can anyone recommend some thin bar tape? I bought some Deda Elementi tape , which is usually my go to, but this lot seems waaay thinner than usual, rather than waste my money by replacing it I'd like to tape over the top so I need something equally as thin

The thin fizik tape is my favourite. Maybe you were pulling the Deda too tight? My memory of it was pretty chunky

Agree, I really rate the fizik tape, came on my bulls but put it on my compacts, hasn't moved out of place since i wrapped them bars and is comfy!

I was thinking thin, tacky Fizik myself, do you reckon it would work over the top? Nope, I've bought the same tape for the last few years and this lot is definitely thinner, very strange

I have double wrapped tape in the past and it's fine, gives nice support
