Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

Saw one guy on an old red B'Twin riding the wrong way up Holloway Road about an hour ago. I have no idea what he was thinking; he just turned right out of a side street without looking and kept going in a straight line directly towards a bus, then veered off and passed it by the kerb on his right hand side.

Absolute utter twat blasted through the new set of traffic lights on Chelsea Embankment* this evening. Luckily I they missed the two cyclists who had stopped, and also lucky that I they missed the pedestrian who was crossing (by a good 8 yards or so).

Funny thing is I've watched them being installed as I've commuted past but I just didn't expect them to be switched on whilst the roadworks were still there, and certainly didn't notice them. I mean the absolute utter twat didn't notice them.

* Just West of Chelsea Bridge where all of the roadworks have been going on for ages, probably installed to make it easier for people to get into the Chelsea Flower Show.

Very tired this evening and misjudged the junction at the top of Berins Hill, luckily the Vauxhall driver was kindly accommodating. Very poor on my part and I apologised. Ended well.

@amey is innocent! It was my doing, riding alongside when really it's too tight just after you cross the lights at the South side of the bridge before the turning for Upper Ground. Realised too late I was being a prick, so sorry!
