Any ideas on the value of this? Purchased this years ago, was listed with incorrect size, turned out to be way too big. Has been gathering dust at my parents for about 5 years, can't remember how much i paid, but i think it was quite alot, maybe £350?!.... any advice on how much i should re-sell it for?
753 TT frame, very very light.... really tight front and rear... Campagnolo dropouts, mech hanger and track ends. BB shell cut, really nice lugs, nice seat cluster, fast back stays 58 seat tube, 53 top tube!.....wish it was my size!

Can't believe I'm even thinking this, as it's the most beautiful bike I've ever seen let alone owned, but I'm (half) considering putting the frameset up for sale. So, to help me with my pained musings, what's it worth? It's pretty mint, bar a bit of chainslap on the chainstay (obviously) which has taken a bit of paint off. I helicopter taped it and it's been a bitten again since by the chain which has dug into the helicopter tape, but not damaged the paintwork further. It's been a sunny day only bike for the 3 years I've owned it from new. It has to be gloriously sunny for me to take it out and if there's dampness on the road, I turn around and find another route ;-)
It's a Coeur d'Acier by the way...

A heart of steel from Serotta. Id be interested in that if it was my size!
Nice!!! I have seen this before somewhere or atleast the same paint scheme.Hard to value imo. They are rare in good condition, most for sale are older with funky geo and poor paint choices (imo). They dont fetch alot of cash but id bet this would if you found the right buyer.
Why sell? keep if yo can, will be hard to come by again.

54cm top tube (horizontal). Geo is spot on, and yes, I'd prefer to keep it, which is why it's here and not in the classifieds. I absolutely love it but it rarely gets ridden and I need the groupset for a CX future project, so it seems daft to wrap it in cotton wool and put it in storage, BUT it's my dream bike and one I'll almost certainly regret forever if I did sell it. Hmmm....
You probably saw it in current projects last year when I switched to Campag?

ha, thanks for the advice....
i built it up, when i first got it, just to see what it would ride like. it was one of the fastest, most aggressive frames i have every ridden. i was gutted it was the wrong size.

Hi all,
What do you think this wheel is worth
It's a Schmidt Son Klassic in black laced to a Rigida Grizzly 36h with almost no use at all!
I bought it from SJS a couple of years ago for £210

Is this frameset+both brakes and headset worth 85 pounds? And is there someone who have used these frames? -

Hey everybody,
My girlfriend wants to sell her rather nice Argos cycles bike (mens), since she's not riding it enough and it's giving her a bit of back pain (tt is too long in reality).
As I'm not an expert with these kinds of things, I was wondering if anybody had a clue of how to price it? It's a 60cm reynolds 753 racing geo frame, with a nifty 'france' paint job. Shimano 600 throughout, and a cinelli bar/stem combo. Saddle is a 'vader'; pretty crap. Wheels are open pro on the back and MA3 on the front - pretty identical though apart from the sticker.
Any help would be appreciated - I'll be selling it through the forum soonish!
cheers
Dave

Any thoughts on this?http://rover.ebay.com/roverimp/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?ff3=2&pub=5574889051&toolid=10001&campid=5336525415&item=151106396531&mpt=[CACHEBUSTER] A friend of mine is interested and Shimano and aluminium aren't really my thang. I guessed something around the £500 mark.
EDIT
Heard back from the seller: reserve is £800... -

3TTT bars and stem? Stem's 110mm with a scuff at the front by the 3TTT logo. Bars only seem to say 'The' on them. Which makes them fucking difficult to Google...

How much would this slave concor be worth? LV leather is on pretty good, only few crinkles(or how you call them) on the nose. Maybe someone on here interested before it goes on ebay? Selling because saddly my ass doesn't like concor at all and I can't really reuse this leather.
