Thanks for the replies. My post might have been confusing. I was not thinking about selling the frame on here. I was hoping someone could estimate its value (on ebay/gumtree) so I know how much I can spend on a frame with vertical dropouts.

If you go down that route ^ try bike fix, think they are the only place in London equipped to do frame repairs and mods, as long as its steel anyway.
picco +1
Ted from fixedgearlondon does dropout and bridge changes, braze-on removals etc.
a fair amount cheaper than most commercial stuff too
also takes a lot less time too...don't mean to sound like advertising :D but he's doing my frame at the moment
can't wait

So I am planning on selling my Cinelli Pista 67-39 bars on fixed/gr/nyc
However, I have no idea how much to ask for them. They came with my bike which I got a fantastic deal on. I did some research on eBay and I have seen bars in worse condition go for $100, and bar with stems being offered for $250.
Thanks for any advice.
I'm was in the process of taking off the grips when I took of the photo. Unfortunately one of them ripped.

Just bought a set for £30 but seen them recently go for over £100, used.
Don't know if the big spenders were from the US, UK or Japan but I'll research it.
£65 in the UK would be an easy sale.
But are people really spending $100+ for bars in the States?

Looks like it;
That stem isn't worth much.

seems so.
I had one guy interested, but they were too narrow for him.
I might put them up on ebay or for sale on fixed.gr/nyc

I been offered a track frame in 59. The tubing is Columbus SL. It is from the 80'. The seller doesn't know of the producer otherwise from it was build in Italy for the soviet nationalteam...The frame is without any paint and how can I be sure it is columbus SL tubing...?
I don't have any clue what a frame like this is worth? Thanks

Hi,
I'm helping to convert a road bike into SS. Well, it's already a SS but he has problems with the chain tension (no surprise there). I think the best thing would be to get a frame with horizontal dropouts.
At the moment he has got a Claud Butler frame with a really fat down tube. The frame is in decent condition with no rust. It's only the stickers that have peeled off ever so slightly. Do dents.
How much would you think a frame like this would fetch on ebay/gumtree? I'm asking because I would buy a new frame first, then move the components over and then sell the Claud Butler.
