  • I can see at least one Low and one Pro in each of those photos

Only in Russia - over the border they don't approve of such things

  • Try Whiskers - they had a load of 650c front rims when I called a few months back. It's on my post in this thread near the bottom.

  • Still working on this... Collecting some parts and thinking about what to do with paint/colors...

  • You're going to have that frame repainted? What is it now, raw or painted silver? Either way, it looks awesome as it is...I'd leave well alone.

  • looks raw, leave it

  • thinking about what to do with paint/colors...

i think DutchmanPhotos means colour matching stuff as opposed to repainting. repainting it would be sinful.

    good man MT

  • I get extra Brownie Points for being nice to Ukrainians, and especially for knowing they are not Russian.

  • Rreat thanks Christian, will call them tomorrow

  • Does mine count or does the lack of degrees of slope + inappropriate bars ruin everything?
Plus i've been hearing blue is not cool in London :(

  • Eric Hendren. Tha sex. If only it was geared.

Hanger on. Where's the cable mounts?

  • Dunno. Never were any. Dual purpose TT/Track frame I was told. Fuck knows i've never seen any other frame with a funky suntour track ends with derailer hanger before.

Anyone know of anyone in london that could sort out some replica decals if I were to give this a refurb? It's starting to crumble...

  • Everyone likes blue bikes, and yours is really nice. Huge drop on those bars.

  • yeah they're bloody stupid specially with the slope and now higher saddle. Swapped them for risers about 2 hours after I tried hill climbing in Sydney like a hunched over dribbly.

  • Not a criticism, but do you not slide off the front of the saddle with it at that angle?

  • Yeah was replacing the seatpost the next day, rush jobbie.

  • Aa right cool. I only asked because I've seen people ride with their saddle like that, and I don't understand how.

  • Usually because the saddle is too high that it need to be angled like that so it doesn't hurt their dangly bits that much.

  • ...if I were to give this a refurb? It's starting to crumble...

leave it, it's got years ahead of it before it even develops some character

More just worried about the decals that lift off the frame and flap in the wind when I ride. Guess I could take a picture now to preserve for any replicas in the future.

  • laquer or use clear nail varnish over them.

yes, in a word, but the alternative with bars that low is worse.

  • laquer or use clear nail varnish over them.

    Oh snap. Good tip.

  • nice bike olsen
