The comfortable positions I have on this bike are on the end of the drops and on the top, slightly on the bend of the bars so that my elbows are turned a bit outward. So regular aero levers wouldn't be within reach from either of my riding positions.
My default position is in the drops for steady riding, but when I'm in traffic, negotiating junctions, lights, roundabouts etc, I tend to sit up and ride on the top until I'm free to get back in the drops. It's at this time when I'm sat up dealing with these hazards that I tend to use the brakes the most. Also, I'm not sure what other options I'd have other than reverse TT bar end style levers that would allow me to brake from my normal riding position.
