This is likely to be the TVT bike, but it's a job to be sure from the tiny image
There are a couple more of his TT bikes on the internet, and he managed to put 1:24 into Big Mig to win the stage 7 TT in le Tour in 1990 on a steel Concorde

well from this photo, seatstay looks like TVT bend, not steel ones, and fork looks like also not steel one, but carbon fiber, so its possible, that stage win was on TVT, not on steelie

Yeap! I found them locally, they're Ambrosio ENER D.M discs. No idea of the history / why they are decaled up with the LA 1984 Olympics insignia.
My Dad won a gold at the 84 Olympics in sailing, so I've grown up with posters in his office of that exact logo, so when they popped up I had to buy them. The bike is now displayed in his office like that.
