I'm not sure on prices, I actually think that those chris king headsets are a very similar price back in the uk, i paid 85 quid for my one for the donny bike, out here they are 110 dollars, works out very similar, i think the straps are 20 dollars a pair.

Cool. No worriesm only really want to rinse a cool £20 on straps, so if the doubles are cheaper, hit that option. No worries on the headset. Thought if they were the equiv of £50, then ave it. Will leave it in your capable hands. Yeah!

Just wear and tear, and a few knocks down the line. They've just aged a bit faster than the rest of me. Going to keep at it and get some space-age knee-replacements when they're invented.
