The concept of Britpop was wank, the 90's weren't as a whole. Although it is subjective....

There was tons of great music around and there's loads around now.

I'm coming around to quite a few bands I didn't listen to at the time - Damon Albarn's musical output since Blur has made me go back and listen to them. I'm enjoying most if it!

I liked Oasis, Def Maybe was a great album - first three singles sublime, including one of if not the best debut (pop) singles ever made, and a great frontman (until the press started)
