I swear some days I need a GA2G translator. I cant make sense on half of the posts he says.

They do look a little bit unipack though.
I think he should bung some at a polo player for a tester.

He has an online shop. The URL was in my post.
So it's the equivalent of a shop coming on here and wanting to promote that they're selling some wheels.
Ah assumed "in the process of" meant it wasn't available yet and didn't bother to check the link. In that case, I guess you have to ask "what's in it for the forum/community/me?". -

One day, I won't just be wordy, but a wordsmith........ a la our BMMF. ;)
"It's okay. I've overstood. This is a wordy rappinghood. Okay, bye"

Question for the community? Let it through and let him promote that stuff here, or keep the door closed to traders wanting to use the site like that?
I vote for keeping the door closed. One guy selling 350 wheels leads to a dilution of the market for those who want to sell the odd bits of things to others on the forum. For anything of that quantity I would argue that they should go on an ebay store/e-comm site instead.

+1*
(*Unless they are willing to sponser the 'chimp-pic-auto-posting' (CPAP) software project.)

I've declined caramel cycles... the forum is for the members first and foremost and others are a distant 2nd. If he were a pre-established member of the community it would be different as then it's just a person in the community doing something amongst the community, but that isn't what this is.
Also, I've just banned highlandpro.
The reason for this is basically because his account was being used by multiple people including I believe a banned member. Really bizarrely in the audit logs of the site I can see him conversing with himself!? Unless he's schizo I'm taking this and the IP logs combined as proof of the account sharing and I strongly suspect this is his cousin Roland but I freely admit I don't know who the other person is and that last bit is just guess work.
I also generally don't like the guy as he tends to sell rubbish for vastly over-rated prices.
Just to be clear though I'm banning him for the former reason and feeling good about it because of the latter. His last couple of threads have been deleted so that no-one precedes with a purchase of crap brakes at expensive prices.

Ha, and he'd just posted a picture in 'Names and Faces' which showed two people, too ...

There are probably parallels between this and the helmet debate.

^ ban him.

There was a study where some nodder from Bath University banned me. He did it whilst wearing no helmet and a wig, which turned out to be the best way, principally because he enjoyed wearing no helmet and a wig. And noise-cancelling earphones.

That's because Parallels enables you to run the helmet debate on a Mac.

On second thoughts, probably not.

Popp er?
And those wheels, look like Eighth-Inch Julian knock-offs.
Not a bad thing necessarily, as they could be direct factory imports from China, which could possibly explain the price.
I had thought originally that one pair could never been so cheap, but to have a supply of them......is different.
