The Blanford looks will look as good in 80 years as the barn find constructeur does today.

That's nice. Almost perfect, the missing bar plug fail is too bad

Would be better with a flat mount brake and neater routing for the hose and the rear light to clean
up the messy front end.

I assuming that was done as there are far more flat bar brakes which are post mount

It's interesting to see how clean some of the MTB solutions are while the cosplay bikes mostly
went for maximum clutter.

TBF the fendered bike paint job was designed working with a local Columbian artist. The builder probably regrets this.

I don't mind the paint job, was just talking about the brakes and how they look like an afterthought especially on the silver minimalist bike.

Looking on ebay they're gvfm and probably match what I'm after.

I haven't tried the latest models but I had a Cube Central for over 10 years, which was a similar style of bike. The best part is that it comes with everything and it's integrated so you
don't have to botch anything later, for example the cable for the rear light runs through the
frame and along the mudguard, I never had to touch mine even though I changed the lights
a few times.
