looking for a frameset capable of touring, preferably steel, rim brake (disc is fine too), mounts on forks would be lovely but not necessary, large size (the CDF was too small), fits 32+ tyres and not quill...

Something like a spa cycles tourer, all city macho man (old rim version), CDF in a 58!, salsa casserole, dawes galaxy (non 1") etc...
