Been stalking safety pizza for ages and always miss out when they go on sale. I imagine shipping to the UK would be costly even if I was to get lucky whenever they're briefly in stock.

Happy to help out with CAD/Vector drawings if any templates need making for laser cutting etc.

I'm quite taken by a black and white pizza so may do some of those too.

I'm finding a lot of tape but no hard backed material so far.

Oralite 5900 seems to fit the bill as far as honeycomb texture and colour.
3M Scotchlite Reflecive looks good for the yellow trim.

Anywhere closer to home? Although I would love a trip to Italy.

My old man is a sail maker, I could ask if I could borrow some floor time (and potentially access to a big flatbed CNC cutter) at some point in the future.

That sounds epic.
Christmas may get in the way of this anyway as I'm sure people are, as am I, busy most of the weekends now. Time may be difficult.
So please do investigate that we'll see if it helps.
