yeah, the frame is perfect, the bag is just a bit too big, so doesn't tighten up properly.

front platform rack was custom too, front lower rack is tubus tara.
making one front rack for friend at the moment with platform and pannier mount combo

If you drop the size of ring on a 1x9 is there an easy rule for how many links take off for how many teeth less? There must be but I've got baby brain and can't work it out

short reach drop bar
slight flare to the drop
31.8 clamp
nice curve with good amount of drop
preferable silver/polished
