it does say "PM" at the top of the column....
Course is shorter, Simon Warren did a 1.45 yesterday....Dale is first, something to aim at is the thinking, I doubt he'll be beaten until the seeds go in the last 10 mins.

Yes it is rather handily placed for the Men's bathing ponds if you are that way inclined

At least you won't be able to moan for a couple of hours about dodgy gear changes like you did at Yorks....
-

I haven't really got any idea what gearing to ride so I am just going to stick to my commuting gear of 70.
Mainly out of laziness. Is this a good idea? -

If I had been able to read my watch on Saturday instead of feeling faint and nauseous, I am sure that my time would have been nearer to 5 minutes than 2.

Mainly out of laziness. Is this a good idea?I quite like 70" on Swain's, especially if you're on for something short and fast.

yep it is my local hill. But laziness stops me experimenting with GI.
All I know is that I got up it in 82 in winter once and it fucked my knees up for a while and I went up it a few times in 58 and it didn't feel right so I was assuming somewhere between 59 and 82 would be ideal :) -
• #91
Split the difference, you need a 70.5" gear.
-
• #92
stick with your commuting gear if you are accustomed to that. i like to spin and i do ride a bit around there.
god this will be entertaining.
sam, ouch!! i still not sure how i managed that day, riding down/back and doing both catford/bec. those were the days.

You might wanna mention that on the web page to avoid people having a whinge when they arrive sans-lid.

Yeah I may have to dig out my broken helmet from somewhere
Not really, it's how most TTs work although I'm not sure why Dogs is so early? Maybe he's got somewhere else to be aftewards (yes, I'm inferring the Heath :)).
