if you were unsure of him being a genuine retailer a quick scan online would show he has plenty of satisfied customers

You pay a 24 hours delivery service on a Friday that Parcel Farce claim they don't do weekend.

Just did a quick check; this is Parcel Farce respond to their 24 hours delivery;

Question:

If I use your parcel delivery service to send a parcel from me to somewhere else in the UK, and I choose the Parcel Force 24 hour service, when will the parcel be delivered if it is collected on a Friday? Will it be on the Saturday or will it wait until Monday?

Answer:

If you parcel is collected on a Friday, then this service will deliver on the Monday after the weekend for you.

So look like nothing went wrong, just that you misunderstood Parcel Farce's 24 hours delivery, of which you've received the package on Monday as expected.

Poor service from Charlie for not being in touch during the weekend? I would says so, but he refunded the delivery cost for his mishap.

Having said that, doesn't give me any more reason not to use it again judging from other's experience of Charlie's, my local sushi restaurant (which is fucking amazing and cheap) have one massively bad review but it doesn't mean it's shite as nigh.

Three days late is not good, bloody awlful, but you had the tracking number, you had proof of despatch, you were in contact with parcel force, they had the parcel........ and you thought you were being scammed by me!

Anyone who has worked in the bike trade for a bit soon realises that, just as there are good and bad shops there are good and bad customers. Every now and then you're treated to someone genuinely nice and despite whatever they've come in for (to buy stuff, get repairs, ask advice or just look about), they somehow go out of their way to brighten up your day.

...and then sometimes you get the complete fucking opposite. Doesn't matter how you treat them, what they want or how well you provide it, their negativity is all built up and searching for an outlet and you just happen to be there as the next target.

Don't be that guy that just moans for the sake of moaning. Charlie was in no way in the wrong, yet he went out of his way to serve you even to the point of reimbursing your postage. Say sorry and thank you. There are very few traders out there with this level of customer service.

Clearly laced up and used, scratched hubshell and original skewers replaced with mismatching low level crap that are also scratched up.
