Another 650c option, with the added bonus of 2(!) frame sizes, 38cm and 44cm: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/vitus-bikes-razor-650-road-bike-2014/rp-prod107021#
6061 Alloy frame, carbon fork, Claris groupset. Slightly disappointed in the 170mm crankset, but it's not a bad option.

Saw a couple of Hoy bikes at the Bike Show today. First one was a track bike priced at a very reasonable £450: http://imgur.com/W66hs57
The second one was a road bike priced at £600: http://imgur.com/ZlK9efH
Both have 650c wheels and are on the Evans website.
It did make me giggle as the blurb says they are suitable for 8-9 year olds. Christ kids are getting taller earlier these days! -

That is great news that the Hoy bike are using 650 in some of their sizes! Availability of smaller frames is so poor that it may be useful to buy a correctly sized 650 wheel bike with crappy components and then upgrade if you have the budget- there is not a lot at say 750- 2000 road bikes (new prices!)

Some very small touring frames here. XTC is 26" and it won't have toe overlap even in small sizes. I've one, it's a fantastic frame.

I assume, much like swapping 700c wheels out for 650c wheels and using larger tyres, the same can be done for 650c and 26" without too many negative consequences?
There's only just over 1cm difference in diameter so I guess we may even get away with using the same brakes.

Yep, the difference between 650b/c and 26" is pretty small compare to 650b/c and 700c, I've done it on this, it got 22mm tubular tyres, great wheelset, not usable for riding on the street, best preserve for Herne Hill (when she like to give it a try);
With cheap, wide and light Mavic 26" MTB rims (only 440g each), 32mm Panaracer tyres and normal reach brake;
And yes I'm quite aware I lace the wheels wrong.

That's one handsome little frame...! :)
PS: Reminder of that Thorn frame I posted...they've got some tiddly touring frames left with 26" wheels. A 725 frame for £199, get it painted...£299 maybe. Mad Bargainz. http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/thorn-clearance-frames-dept983_pg1/
455S/L correspond to around 5"3'+/- an inch here and there.
XTC and Nomad frames. I'm raging they're too small for me...I need a 500S/525S :(
Well done Shoosh, glad it went to someone on here, would have been a crime if it didn't end up belonging to someone on here!
Glad I spotted it!
