In the spirit of 'there's always one', I could drink the papa johns butter/garlic sauce by the bucket. I'll let myself out.

Yeah into it too.
And Papa Johns. -

I've got 1kg of dough left over from yesterday but can't face any more pizza. Anything I could do with it today? Would rather not freeze for later as presumably overproved by this point anyway.

You could bake some fuax-caccia, pitas. Cheese and pesto knots are good.

Thanks - went with a Focaccish-type object with some rosemary from the fridge. Plus a couple of lunch pizzas.

Tonight I cooked pizza in the onni under the cart shed, it’s still a building site, but it was hammering it down. So need to get this finished!
The PIZZA WAS GOOD! The walk back to the house not so much.

Are there any small camping gas bottles that fit the regulator on the ooni / other ovens?
I have an amount of gas left, and if it runs out mid-coook, I'd like to have the option to chuck on a cheap spare (rather spending loads on a second proper canister).

24hr dough worked a treat. Have struggled with it previously but had the room temp lower for the prove which I think helped.

Genius move. How long does it hold?
-

sorry for delay - been travelling! the in-line coupler means I can change the hoses very easily

it isn't the cheapest/most efficient way to make pizzas. 1 cannister can probably do 2x evenings of pizza making (~8ish pizzas). but if you are stretched for space in the car or whatever it really is good. saves bringing a mega patio gas canister

You should be able to refill the used camping gas canisters too - would just need to rig the right couplers.
Use something like that and you could keep refilling a couple of canisters for camping off the big tank at home.

now THAT is a very smart idea. thank you!

Awesome - cheers!
i like a garlic and herb dip but can we all agree the papa johns garlic sauce they foist on you without any consent by including a pot with every pizza ordered is the worst condiment to ever exist...
