I have 3 dough recipes. Olive oil dough is best though. Nuknow - do you use as a pizza stone?
I don't, just conventional oven. I was baking a lot recently and came to terms with my oven, which is shit, just a cheap electric one. The temperature needs to be like 250ยบ to make anything proper, maybe the stone would help.
At my parents in Portugal there's a wood oven, perfect for pizzas. -

Actually you can still get good oven lift on the dough from a nice pizza stone - very close to the woodfired/stone oven but not quite as hot.
Get a pizza stone - completely worth it.

If you don't have your own pake then baking parchment works best for getting it on and off the stone.

Artichokes on pizza are sooo good.
As long as they don't go soggy.
If they go soggy they taste like sneeze.
I like a good anchovy too.
Not shit anchovies, because they taste like tin fannies.
