just looks like about 5 litres of tomato sauce

it wasn't swimming in it actually as there is a massive layer of cheese and meat underneath. I hear the pizza at gino's east (the other famous chain) uses a lot more sauce though.

Has anyone tried Saponara in islington?
Good little local deli that does pizza and pasta at night. Some of the better pizza I have found in London. Simple toppings and a good, slightly burnt crust. Wild boar tagliatelle is good too.

Chrisbmx116 that looks very good. But can't nerg someone for deep dish :)
I lived in Chicago for five years and Gino's East is the place to go IMO. Here is a method I have used for a good approximation of deep dish and worth trying

You get 9-10 slices like this

I'd rather eat a stew with a proper slice of bread.

Does sour dough count as yeast free? Natural yeast?

Don't think that counts as yeast free.

Pizza Brain - Pizza 'Museum' in Philadelphia - all walls are covered with pizza related artwork, figurines, posters, etc.
Favourite pizza place so far? Probably Vinnie's in Brooklyn... but I live in London
Got takeout from Lou Malnati's on last night in Chicago.
Deep dish pizza is kind of weird but pretty good still. Think I'd probably stick to thin crust unless I was back in Chicago though.
